AMRS carries out more than 27 million data reads each year, AMRS is Australia's leading meter reading company, providing consistently accurate consumption data for billing. We employ over 800 field staff throughout Australia, each of whom has graduated from our in-house training program. This program ensures that AMRS field staff are not only capable but also competent, efficient, courteous and safety conscious.

Our field staff are fully trained in the use of all our remote devices (Itron hand-helds, PDAs, mobile phones etc.) which are connected to our centralized scheduling and meter data management systems. Amongst other things the back end systems allow supervisors to map the most efficient routes and direct field staff to the location of hard to find meters.
